KlassiK BeauT Appointment & Service Policies
🦋 Appointment Policy
• Booking & Deposits: All appointments require a valid bank card and a $30 deposit to secure your spot. Without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed.
• Intake Form: An intake form is included in your confirmation email and must be completed prior to your appointment. Your appointment will not begin until this form is completed.
• Arrival & Late Fee: Please arrive on time. A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Some appointments may overlap slightly based on timing, but the late fee will be waived in these cases.
🦋 Cancellation, No-Show & Walk-In Policy
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. If you book within 24 hours, you must notify us at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• No-Show: No Call/No Show will result in being charged the full appointment amount. Declined payments will lead to being permanently declined as a client.
• Walk-Ins: Accepted Monday through Wednesday, based on availability.
• Same-Day Appointments: A $50 fee applies for same-day bookings.
• Private Appointments: Outside of regular hours, private appointments are subject to approval and incur a $75 charge.
• Squeeze-In Appointments: Available for a $25 fee; text for availability.
🦋 Lash Care Policy
• Lash Responsibility: Your lashes are your responsibility! You have 48 hours to notify me of any issues with your extensions for a free repair. After 48 hours, maintenance will be charged at the regular rate.• Makeup: Please do not wear makeup, especially mascara, to your lash appointment or with extensions. If you plan to wear makeup, or if you have not been properly cleansing your lashes, please add a Lash Bath or a 30-minute facial to your service.
• Facials: It’s fine to arrive with makeup on if you’re scheduling a facial.
🦋 Brow Care Policy
• Brow Responsibility: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. If you have makeup or product buildup, a Brow Cleanse service can be added before your treatment.
• Brow Tinting: If you are getting a tint, avoid any face products or makeup on your brows for 24 hours before your appointment.
• Post-Brow Care: After your brow service, avoid touching, waxing, or applying makeup to the treated area for 24 hours. For the best results, follow aftercare instructions.
🦋 Facial & Skin Care Policy
• Contraindications: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. Clients using Retinol, Accutane, or undergoing medical treatments should consult with their physician before booking facial services.
• Skin Reactions: While our products and treatments are designed to enhance your skin, individual reactions may vary. KlassiK BeauT is not liable for adverse skin reactions post-treatment if aftercare instructions are not followed.
• Aftercare: Follow all aftercare instructions to maximize treatment benefits.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have within 14 days after receiving item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Eyelashes can not be returned if worn for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For defective or unsatisfactory items please view exchange policy.
Exchanges
We have a 14 day exchange policy on unopened/unused/defective/unstatisfactory items please contact us Via direct message on Instagram or via email. For online: Return label will be sent to you via email once we receive item back, we will ship new item to you. In store: Must have a receipt, no receipt no exchange. No exceptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your account.

(347)264-0507 right away so we can assist you. We ship out Monday-Saturday and we will cover shipping at no cost to you.
Orders are shipped out everyday Monday through Saturday.
All orders made before 12pm will go out the same day Monday-Friday, Orders made before 11am on Saturday will go out at 12pm.
